Want an RMT massage to ease sore muscles?

Getting through the week should not hurt discomfort is overrated.

Do you have sore muscles because you took a tumble on your bike or played out in the forest all weekend?

Or do you find it hard to walk down the stairs because you sat at your desk all day and it is killing your lower back?

I can help ease those sore muscles with deep tissue massage, fascial release massage, and Swedish massage.

Helping you move with freedom and ease

When everything hurts

My goal is to help you recover, stay active, and enjoy moving your body.

Do you have days where your whole body aches and you just don’t know which parts need an RMT massage?

“ I was racing down the hill and fell hard. I banged up my knee and my whole body ached. I couldn’t locate where exactly the pain was because everything was sore. Sam helped ease the discomfort while taking care not to disturb my knee. I was able to sleep better and move easier after her RMT massage.”

As an experienced RMT, I am able to locate the source of your pain and work with you to apply as much specific massage as it needs to help release the muscle and ease your pain.

Have you been diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome?

I have a lot of experience with TOS. If you are struggling with it, I would love to help!

Thoracic outlet syndrome (TOS) is when there is compression on the nerve and/or blood supply to the hands and arms. The compression tends to happen either in the neck or shoulders. Have you noticed?

TOS can lead to

  • numbness and tingling in the hands

  • increasing pain down the arms and shoulders

  • poor blood circulation in the extremities, and more
