Let me introduce your team of manual therapists.
Find the right therapist for you.
RMT massage is as much science as it is skills. Each of the experienced RMT’s on our team shares the same scientific knowledge.
However, each one of us has our own individual style and flow. We all excel at making our clients comfortable during their treatment.
We are skilled registered massage therapists. After many years of training to hone our skills, each one of us developed specific interests and modalities that became our professional area of focus.
Areas of focus include women’s health, myofascial release, and treating nerve pain associated with thoracic outlet syndrome.
Questions to ask yourself when looking for an RMT:
“What kind of massage do you want?“
Check in with yourself to feel where you are at physically and emotionally and use that information to decide what kind of massage would be most beneficial today.
Some things to consider to help find the best RMT fit for you.
“Does their style of massage speak to me?”
It’s okay to experience different RMTs and their modalities. “Can I come in for a relaxing massage sometime?” is a question Brooke gets often. Of course you can! She might not be the best choice for that but switch it up and see a different RMT.

“What results should I be looking for?”
We all want different things from an RMT massage. Most likely, you are looking for some form of relief. You probably want less pain, more mobility, and to spend an hour stress-free, I get it!
Please remember. Whoever you choose at our clinic to be your RMT will do their ultimate best to make you feel more at ease in your body.
“What can I expect moving forward?”
We hope that you are feeling good after receiving your treatment. However, just like a car needs regular tune-ups to be optimal, your body needs to be maintained to run at peak performance.
